Nude 52 Dr. Manhattan

I created this image several years ago, before the movie, back when it was almost unthinkable that DC would actually tarnish Watchmen by creating a sequel (or prequel). The gimmick of this parody was that they’d do Digital Watchmen, with 3D CGI (which they actually did for the movie). It was a lucky coincidence that the design of this cover matched the then-current trade dress that DC was using for Infinite Crisis, their “universe-shaking” stunt of the year.
